Fox & Hen Winery — Attraction in Robinson Township

Such a cute spot - Fox & Hen Winery is tucked right by the vineyard with the perfect blend of indoor and outdoor seating. The setting is a whole vibe (hello, sunset wine selfies), and the staff couldn’t be kinder. Bonus for having gluten-free food options on the menu too!

They offer a nice mix of white, red, rosé, surprise blends, and ciders, so there’s something for everyone. Full honesty: I’m originally from wine country, so the wine itself wasn’t my favorite. It leaned a little too sweet and lacked some balance for my taste - but my friends were into it, so I think it just depends on your palate.

Even still, I’d definitely come back to try their cider and soak up the beautiful vibes again. Perfect for a laid-back hang with friends, date night, or just treating...

We had so much fun at Fox and Hen! Every wine in my flight was amazing, i had such a hard time picking a favorite. Ultimately I ended up with a bottle of “The Fox”. Beyond the great wine we enjoyed a super relaxed atmosphere, getting to know the down to earth people at the bar next to us as well as the fun and lively bar tenders. The place was buzzing like a fun brewery. And for the beer enthusiast the ciders were a nice offering. I tried the black berry and would have gone back for seconds if I hadn’t had to drive! This place could easily be my new favorite hang out if only I lived in this state. But I’ll be back next time we come to visit family. I highly recommend this place to both...

As a new resident to the Grand Rapids area, visiting this winery was at the top of my list! A little drive in from the main road, you come across this beautiful building tucked back within the vineyards. For a newer winery they had a good selection of reds and whites. I enjoyed a tasting of white and red wines, all of which I liked except one. They had a cute selection of charcuterie which made the tasting even more enjoyable. The staff was friendly and the owner made a personal effort to come and introduce himself which was awesome! The overall atmosphere of the tasting room was cute and cozy with additional seating outdoors. I will definitely be coming back to enjoy another...
