So I have not been to all the Katy trailheads...but this has to rank in the top 10. Has the usual benches and maps and signage. Seasonally has water fountain and bathrooms. Local businesses may be open for other needs. Go one direction down the trail and there's a cool train tunnel and a walkway to a view of wetlands, and option to hike up a hillside trail to a literally breathtaking view. Going the other way on the main trail you will shortly be walking parallel to the big river, the mighty Mo, on one side and towering bluffs on the other.
