Cushion Connection — Attraction in Rock Hill

We ordered a chaise cushion in May. It arrived within the 4-6 weeks that they had said that it would and was well packaged. It was the correct size and fabric, etc., but when I inspected it, it was clear that one layer of the cushion material on the bottom half of the seat section had been cut too narrowly, making the edges cave in and one of the corners was sagging with extra material. I would expect this of a Lowes/Home Depot cushion, but not one that I had paid $180 for. The really disappointing part is that I have been trying for 2 weeks to get someone in customer service to call me back about it, and I can't get them to respond at all. Truly disappointing. Do not order cushions from this company! **Update: 6/28/17 I was finally contacted by Cushion Connection. After sending them pictures of the cushion's problem areas, they are sending me an entirely new cushion at no expense to me, which is more than fair in my opinion. I had a great experience with cushion connection. First I ordered the free samples they offer which is always great with custom anything. They arrived in about 5 days. The lead time was 4-6 weeks and the cushions arrived closer to the 4 week timeline. They were perfect. The cushions are an odd size that is impossible to find in the stores. The foam is the perfect density. They are firm enough to not pancake out, but soft enough to be comfortable. I just ordered a second set for another set of chairs. I had ordered some others for these chairs from another company and they were a joke for the same price. They looked fluffy, but COMPLETELY bottomed out when you sat on them, and the material was slippery and felt like you would sweat a lot sitting in them on a hot day. I can’t say enough good things about the quality and craftsmanship of the patio cushions and pillows we purchased from Cushion Connection. We were so pleased with the quality and customer service we did a second order for some additional outdoor furniture. I have had many cushions over the years and most fade and wear out quickly, leading to more expense over time than if you buy quality cushions from the onset.
