Richardson Farms — Attraction in Rockdale

I’ve always been a loyal customer of Richardson Farms raw milk. Every Saturday I was able to, I would buy their raw milk at the barton creek farmer market. Until August 4th when the milk spoiled within 24 hours of buying the milk. Even though the due date said 2 weeks out. Talk about a huge waste of money. I was devastated because I had been serving it to my baby the whole day, trusting them with my family’s health. When my husband tried it, he started gagging. Today when I told them that our milk had spoiled the very next day after purchase, they were extremely defensive and just plain mean. They took no ownership, and couldn’t care less. Will never be buying our milk from them again

Everyone makes mistakes, maybe the best by date was incorrect, but to be mean to a loyal customer who was concerned about her family is unacceptable.
