Beautiful interior, great service, good food, though some minor things hold it back from being perfect.

Atmosphere The outside looking at the building was not very impressive, but when entering that clears up right away. It was a gorgeous interior with wood and stone. It was absolutely inviting and clean.

Service The staff are very friendly, and attentive, particularly the man who took us to his table (yes he did the Christmas decor of his wife asks…). Made us laugh several times. My only qualm was forgetting one of our appetizers my mother was excited about. The pretzel.

Food This place boasts a more refined menu compared to many restaurants in the area. Perhaps they are trying a little too hard to be refined. My fiancé got the Spyglass burger, my mother got the Fish and Chips, and I got the Chicken Piccata (both mother and I got a side salad before the meal). For apps we got the Arriancini (I think is what it spelled like) and the onion rings. All those are shown in the photos as well. The apps were good, onion rings had a great crispiness to them and the sauce was fairly mid, if a little too strong (for me anyways). The little balls were actually really good and the sauce overtop sent them over the top. My mother and I’s salads we got with our meals were a little laughable. We got all of 4 bites of it and a container of way too much dressing to go with it. The salad was very small. So those were really disappointing. The spyglass burger was the best thing out of all our entrees. Good burger to bun ratio with a perfect amount of sauce and onion ring straws. Though the burger was a little over the temp requested. The Fish and Chips were relatively untouched as the exterior was a nice crispiness to it but the fish was a little under and was a little too mushy. The fries were spot on though (for the burger and the fish and chips). My Chicken Piccata was very flavorful with the right amount of lemon and capers. Unfortunately the chicken was a little overcooked and the orzo pasta was over as well. I also want to note that the yam that was in the orzo just didn’t seem like it went well with everything else, like it was out of place. Not sure where to rate the silverware but it is worth noting so I’ll put it here. It was really cheap and weightless and made cutting anything absolutely horrible. This is in DEFINITE need of improvement. Overall it was good, but enough minor things keep it from being great.

To sum it all up, I do recommend this place for a beautiful dining experience with a great staff...

Let me start by saying both bands put on a great show. That is not where my negative review stems from. I arrived for the Night Ranger and 38 special concert super early to ensure my father front row seats to see his favorite band Night Ranger. Gates opened at 5pm and we arrived at 11am. We waited in line the entire time along with a few people in front of us that we made friends with! Once we got to go to security check people from the back of the line started cutting right to the front. Their procedures are atrocious. Soooo unorganized! And quite honestly embarrassing. This isn’t even the worst of it. While night ranger was doing their sound check. They opened the gates for us to go and finally find our spots. Night Ranger was certainly not happy in the slightest bit. We all had to go from our picked out seats back to the gate. Bring our chairs and everything. We get back and security starts acting like we did something wrong. Saying we weren’t told to go in. I’m assuming it was a manager of one of the bands. He was asking for answers. I told him exactly what happened. 1 guy at the gate had two women who were apparently “volunteers” tell him that they were ready for us to go in and someone told them to tell him. The guy says are you guys ready? And he cuts the tape and says have a great time! We ran to ensure the people trying to cut did not take the seats that we wanted after waiting in line since 11! 15 minutes later jack blades from night ranger announces that we can come back. I was happy that I still got the seats up front for my dad! Jack blades apologized! And I was given a 38 special guitar pick from the guy I explained the story to. 1000% no one to blame but the venue! I’m assuming it was the owner that took to the stage and said the crowd “bum rushed my security” blaming the crowd once again for the flaws in their procedures. Very unprofessional! Do not recommend this venue! Almost ruined my entire night but Night Ranger brought my...

My Boyfriend and I are on the Xmas Wine Trail and this was stop 3 for us! Other than getting a little lost we managed to get to the place, and let me tell you, it’s beautiful! The building is newer and wooden on the inside like a barn feel, they have chandeliers hung up for mood lighting, there’s a long beautiful bar and a pizza oven. The view from the windows was utterly beautiful, I bet if it wasn’t cloudy the stars would have been beautiful. There was plenty of space, and it wasn’t packed! My fav

My fav <3 Now the tasting was the best one yet! If we could have i think my bf and I would have bought one of everything we tried because it was that good! This was the first place we went to that gave us a real tasting flight as well as real cups! I tried the apple and peach wine and they were both so fruity and sweet. I enjoyed them a lot but what I liked more? The sodas! Even my bf who is an avid lover of wine, loved the orange cream soda. We only tried four, but there at least 15 on the list worthy of trying. We got both dry reds, the apple and a thing of the orange cream soda to go! The growler is really cute. I loved it. The food now? AMAZING The pretzel was wider than my hand by a lot, we even took some home! The steak and potatoes I had were really good but slightly sweet for some reason. My bf got a cheesesteak and it was just so yummy. We had to drive an hour and some out to get here for the trail but SO worth it! I loved the place so much, our waitress was the sweetest thing, and even the owner (or manager) lady was very nice. Overall my favorite spot yet on the wine trail, very beautiful, very tasty and an overall fabulous experience.

What a great location for a concert — Spyglass Ridge Winery! We saw Walker Hayes, Ashley McBryde and June Gates last night. It was a lot of fun. The stage is big and higher than the crowds. You can sit in front of the stage, back a bit on the grass hill or even on the open porch on the side of the restaurant. Many food trucks were there with a wide variety of items to eat. We enjoyed pulled pork sandwiches with a variety of sauces to choose from, and later we enjoyed chicken strips with fries and hot dogs with fries. Spyglass Ridge’s wine, beer and hard soda were all available to purchase and enjoy. We chose a bottle of their wine, Chambourcin. It is on their dry list although to us, it was not entirely our thoughts of a dry wine. It had a nice taste and was enjoyable. We all agreed. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Security was present and easily found. It was great when they finally noticed the couple sitting next to us chain smoking away throughout the concert and annoying us non-smokers. They were kindly asked to only smoke in the designated smoking section. And security did not want to hear from them as to why they couldn’t continue to smoke amongst the concert goers. Spyglass Ridge Winery hosts 5 concerts a year. The weather was beautiful last night and added to our enjoyment. Concerts go on rain or shine. They have had some impressive popular music groups perform here. Tickets are delivered through Ticketmaster. Parking for events is $10.
