Decided to take a rural route to slow it down on my journey through the area. Glad the Road was Dirt needed to lubricate my 4 wheel drive train. It was a win win, slower better gas mileage per gallon shorter distance and only a few minutes longer. Would have been the same time but when I came upon the beautiful Bridge I had to stop and get a photo. So here it is. Best part, by past the Center of the town traffic with stop signage. P.😯😁😎✔

It's a good looking not too old Bridge. Made up of wood and has railway crossing very close to it... 2 cars parking spot is available.

Nice to see they rebuilt the bridge after Irene came through. I was part of the crew that was working to get railroad rails back in place about a mile north of the bridge. We staged and load dump trucks beside we’re the old bridge was. Also super nice people...

A new covered bridge has been built to replace the one that was lost to Hurricane Irene. It opened to traffic on January 26, 2013. The bridge is one lane with a load limit of 8 tons and height...
