Vermont Vines — Attraction in Rockingham

What a find! Looking for something to do on this 4th of July holiday and decided to find a spot to be outside and enjoy some drinks with my girlfriends that were visiting from out of town. By the time we left, they kept saying how jealous they were that I lived close by, because they would be there all the time if they could. I couldn't agree more. Of course the wine was fantastic. But it was the way they all made us all feel at home. A family business run by an amazing family indeed. Mom, Dad, sons, and even the dog. Everyone was so welcoming and knowledgeable. We didn't want to leave. We did a tasting, had a pizza, then stayed for wine slushies on the porch overlooking the vineyards. We even bought some of our favorite sampled wines to bring home for the weekend. This will not only be my new favorite hangout, but I will recommend it to all my friends and family that come to visit from out of town. Great little spot to meet for a drink and a bite. We grow a little Marquette in central MA to keep ourselves in wine. We like to visit other vineyards growing Marquette to see how they do it. This was our second visit and it was a confirmation of the first. The wine is well made and tasty. Something I can learn from and aspire to. Stopped in last weekend with a group of 9 on a girls weekend for a tasting. Very enjoyable. Cameron was so friendly and knowledgeable about the wines served. We were allowed to walk through some of the vineyard to see where the grapes were grown. Nice photo op. Would definitely recommend stopping by. Bought a bottle and some local delicious honey.
