Twin Lakes State Park — Attraction in Rockwell City

We absolutely love camping here!! The lake is absolutely beautiful! It gets pretty busy on the weekends. The big beautiful trees provide excellent shade. The camper lots are plenty big, and the camp hosts are absolutely amazing! This is a super friendly place to bring your family for a little get away! They also have a very nice concrete walking trail and a disc golf course with concrete pads! We Will be coming...

The state park has a shelter and picnic tables. Good for a picnic or cookout but nothing great about the park. The state park has no campground or boat ramp. I think the county park at the north end may have those. As far as the lake, its 90% residential around the lake so it seems very unappealing with nothing but boat docks...

Nice big park with lots of large shade trees. This park has a pavilion, restrooms, lots of parking spaces, and has my personal favorite beach on the lake. It's easy to access and signage is clear. I've been coming here since I was a kid and can't wait to go back...
