The Dunn Center — Attraction in Rocky Mount

The Bob Ross display was amazing! All of the paintings were beautifully displayed. The staff allowed you to take photos and even told us that we could touch them. As being an artist myself, I decided against that opportunity. They had a over 75 of his, Bob Ross, original paintings. Also, a tv playing some of his old episodes while in The Dunn Center. If you love art or grew up watching Bob you may want to check this out.. Admission is only $15. They also have some items for sale. The staff had no time limit of a person other than the place being open from 10am to 1pm & then again 2pm to 5pm Sunday through Saturday. It will stay open until January 4th 2024. Came to see the bob ross exhibit and all the curation was great. Called the night before to reserve a wheel chair for 10am because they only had one. My grandmother carry’s around an oxygen tank and has a hard time being on her feet for long periods at a time. I think it’s unfortunate they only have one wheel chair I hope they invest in having a few more wheel chairs so everyone can enjoy the art. My grandmother had to leave after 30 minutes and couldn’t touch any of the paintings because we were unable to get the chair...

This school is okay, it has great potential to become great but is lacking in many places. The academics are very weak here and so are the sports teams. But the teachers and faculty are very nice and well worth the four years here. This school is true to its values and is very strict for a college also. So don't plan on coming here to party or have fun on the weekends. Everyone is a commuter or leaves on the weekends, so it's very dead on the weekends. But the facilities are pretty nice for the size...
