I cannot say enough great things about this location! The entire process from the start was absolutely flawless. Starting from the minute I walked in and dealt with the front desk staff and saw how incredibly friendly and helpful they were, to meeting with my patient care consultant Simi, I knew that this was the place that was going to perform my procedure! Simi & Jay went above and beyond to work with me in order to make this procedure possible & I can’t thank them enough for making my dream come true! Surgery day was a breeze thanks to my nurse Symone & scrub tech Mariel. Laughing and joking with these 2 before and during my procedure made my entire day! Their professionalism, friendliness, knowledge & compassion that they showed assisting the doctor with my procedure was incredible and made me feel completely at ease and comfortable the entire time. Did a lipo here (stomach and waist) because there was a discount. I had a first free consultation with Simi, then I had the surgery with Dr Garner about two weeks ago. Dr Garner was informative about the procedure and accommodating with prescriptions.

Now, they say that it's less invasive than a traditional lipo. Granted, I have not done a traditional lipo (and don't plan to anytime soon if at all) but don't underestimate the stresses on your body, especially if you are going for a max liposuction (11lb or 5L) like me. You still will struggle a lot with getting out of the bed and into the bed.

For me, the surgery itself went well, but the garment is impossible to wear on your own. My siblings had to help me get in and out of the suit. The leak from the numbing saline solution is also a no joke, and honestly it would have been better if they had let it flow freely after the surgery at the clinic instead of me going through ten and several pads on my own. That is my major complaint.

The lymphatic massages have been very helpful reducing the swelling, and I could feel immediate improvements after each session. My stomach has gotten a lot better since my first session, and I just got out of the second one.

It's going to take many months for my final result, but so far it's looking well despite some bumps...

Let’s start with my “assistant/guide”, SIM!I she has been 99.999% customer centric (as it should be). Nothing was out of her knowledge purview and had answers to my unformulated questions. Very patient and a great guide to what to expect, how to manage, I can go on but she was able to address the concerns, as they arose, while we were on the phone. I do t know how long she has been with the company but i felt like she took the time to know only be customer centric, but learn and store the ongoing learning experiences and bring out the necessary nuggets as needed. This lady is very knowledgeable and customer centric. Had it not been for her I may not have landed there. She never pushed. She explained and asked very relevant question. Well… gotta go so this is going to be a brief review. The staff for the procedure were user friendly. Answered questions and introduced processes and procedures. Had it not been for Ms. Simi (hope I’m spelling it correctly) I may not have scheduled. I have my day in the coming sun soon …will update then @ the before/after, healing...
