Great park for the family . Not so great for a boarding facility. Fences are unsafe for the horses and the hay is terrible quality, good for cows not horses. Horses getting sick from the hay and colic issue's. The public has access to the horses and pet, feed and occasionally get in the pastures and get on the horses. My horse had food and candy and rocks in her feeder many times from the public. She was taken out of her paddock and put in the barn on a hot summer day with no water for over three hours. This was done without my consent or knowledge, a member of the public visited the ranch and said a brown horse bit them. The person managining the park instructed the ranch manager to pull a few brown horses (boarders horses) put them in the barn and let the person who claimed to be bitten see if they could recognize the horse. My mare does not bite and has a very sweet disposition. I found out two days later by another boarder what had happened. I was not contacted by Gibson Ranch about the incident and did not appreciate my sweet mare being without water and put in a line up like a criminal. When I spoke with Doug Ose, park manager, he told me he used my horse because he knew she wasn't responsible for biting the person. He didn't think the person had been bitten and wanted to appease them with the line up of horses. If this person would have identified my horse, I may have been sued regardless of her innocence. He blew off the incident and would not address the fact that she and the other horses were without water for three hours on a very hot day. It seems that he is not interested in the safety and well being...
Read moreOne of the worst experience I ever had was with Gibson Ranch manager . I been going to this park for the past 15 years. Every year we get a permit at the front booth. This year the manager was not in the office when I went to see if I can get a permit for a jump house for my daughters birthday. I end up getting a spot and set up the birthday party and the kids were all having a great time in the jump house. With in minutes the staff of Gibson Ranch came and asked us to shut down the jump house. I asked for manager to come and talk to me since I was willing to pay for a permit and even tried to get one at the office. The manager approached my family party very upset at the fact her presence was requested and she told me and my daughter that we have to shut the jump house off or she will call the Sheriff to have us all removed. I tried to calm her down and requested to pay for what ever I must pay, since Gibson Ranch didn't make us aware they have a new policy for jump house. However management forced us to shut the jump house off. This has ruined my daughter birthday party due to management failing to make customers aware of their new jump house policy. AFTER 15 YEARS OF GOING TO THIS PARK I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE FACT THAT GIBSON RANCH IS WILLING TO RUIN A PARTY FOR A 3 YEAR OLD....

I have boarded at Gibson and it can be great, but again, I can't speak for the new management ) The property is beautiful and designed to help...
