The winery itself had stunning views, at night a lot of Christmas lights, it was really nice. They had fire pits and multiple seating areas. Now the reason why I’m giving 2/5 is because we ordered 2 wine flights, the lady was rude who served them it was a heavier set, white women with brunette hair and she had a fake knife holding her hair up for Halloween on 10/26/2024 around 5pm inside the building that’s to the right when you come out of the parking lot. The 2 wine flights were not labeled and they didn’t even have enough space for all 5 wines so we had to carry the 2 flights and 2 additional cups. The flights aren’t freshly poured they just sit there on the counter with the sun beaming on them and who knows how long they were sitting there for but both were warm so of course the wine wasn’t the greatest. 2 of the cups also had a black speck of who knows what in them. The table we sat at was gross…. It had stains and crumbs on it and when we asked for it to be cleaned that same lady I described just handed us wipes and wanted us to clean it off and remove the last persons plates, glasses, flights, and everything else off. There was another lady who works there skinnier build who came by and saw us doing it all and she thankfully came over and helped us out. (She was nice). Then when we ordered 2 bottles of wine, all the wine sits in the fridge already uncorked and they just reinsert the cork half way in so it’s not like it’s freshly opened just for you. Not a fan of that either cause what if I want to take it home and I’m buying it for another time. Also if it’s a wine that has bubbles in it the bubbles would be gone. The food and wine is all over the property too, so if you want another bottle it is a decent amount of walking around. I will say the wine and food were good but like I said leaving the flights out for god knows how long and handing it to us warm, not labeled, and with random things floating in it since it’s just left in the open and dirty tables that they expect customers to clean off dropped this place by 3 star. Would I go back? Maybe cause the wines good but I’d buy the wine and...

I was going to leave this venue since there was no option to choose tasting wines based on my individual preferences and I and the other patrons with me were mildly scolded for decidedly wanting the option to pick our own wine tasting options. 😞😒 In some ways it does hold true to the 'Blue' in its name seeing as we traveled nearly an hour and a half to revisit Blue Ridge Estate Vineyards only to be initially treated with such distaste by staff because of personal preference and openness to speak up for our indiviuality as well as to no longer have the opportunity to indulge in choosing from the entire wine options produced by Blue Ridge Estate Vineyards. Following suit with the enormity of the venue, Blue Ridge Estate Vineyards offers a large variety of dry, semi-dry, and sweet wines. BUT, unlike other smaller wineries I've been to since the COVID19 pandemic ensued, Blue Ridge Estate Vineyards does not offer flexibility to choose your wine tasting options. You are limited to one of the 4 categories -dry, semi-dry, dry&sweet, or exotics- with the options within those categories chosen and pre-poured ...what they call the 4 'Flight Options.' Additionally, upon sampling, some of the wines don't quite 📏 measure up 📏 and could be improved upon for taste to accurately match their intended taste &/or aromas. Blue Ridge Estate Vineyards is exquisitely unique in style and this having been my second visit in a couple years, I must mention that it is always a flurry of...

My wife and I had the pleasure of discovering Blue Ridge Estate & Vineyard in 2021 as part of an anniversary celebration tour of several vineyards in the Poconos. Out of the half dozen stops we made, Blue Ridge stood out for its scenic beauty, welcoming atmosphere, and quality wine. It immediately left a lasting impression.
In 2022, we returned to the Poconos for our annual retreat and made a point to dedicate an entire day to this remarkable estate. Drawing on our prior experience, we packed a thoughtfully prepared charcuterie board with a selection of meats, cheeses, and accompaniments. Blue Ridge proved the perfect setting for such a relaxing day — the July weather was ideal, and the ambiance was unmatched.
We enjoyed several bottles during our visit and ended up purchasing multiple cases to take home. The wine selection is excellent, with options to suit a wide range of palates, and the staff was both knowledgeable and friendly. The combination of exceptional wines, picturesque views, and a relaxed, elegant setting makes this a destination we now look forward to every year.
Highly Recommended: Whether you're a seasoned wine enthusiast or just looking for a unique way to spend the day, Blue Ridge Estate & Vineyard is a must-visit. It has officially become our go-to spot whenever we’re in...
