Welcome Hall — Attraction in Round Top

If you appreciate the historic value of old Texas dance halls this one is a must see. I have attended a few events here including a wedding and graduation party. The hall's open wood beams and ceiling were perfect back drops for beautiful and festive decorations. The dance floor is in great condition and the large band stand provides ample room for live music or as an announcement platform. Great old time historic dance built in 1899. Over 118 years old and basically untouched inside. You can just sit back and think of the laughter, dancing etc.that took place there so long ago.
