Little Green Valley Hike 2N19 — Attraction in Running Springs

Took a trip with daughter. We stopped right at the trail road entrance and started hiking the road. Beautiful and first time I have seen the creek running with water in the area. Was just before the major snow storm and still had snow on the trails. We saw fresh deer tracks, and saw some nice birds as well. Daughter loved the rocks and we both had a great time. Was still slippery on the road but worth the effort! If you go out here, be prepared with water, good sturdy hiking boots or shoes, layer clothing, a bag to take your trash back out in.
