Lake Dardanelle Visitor Center — Attraction in Russellville

I really can't say enough about Lake Dardanelle and the marina at Lake Dardanelle it's my favorite place in pope co. To hang out. I've been coming here since 2007 when I first moved here from Northern California to Russellville Arkansas. there's so much to do and see here there's trails to hike you have Park interpreters that take people around on nature studies and teach the kids about the wildlife and the fish the different fish that you will find in the lake and the different insects that you will find here at the lake also. they have a large visitors center with plenty to do and see inside including large fish aquariums that have a lot of different species of fish you will find in Lake Dardanelle. Plenty of camping full RV hookups on one end of the lake and on the other you have plenty of camping for people that just want to bring a tent. They have a large swim Beach here for swimming. Some of the largest fishing tournaments in the state are held here. if you want to bring a lawn chair and just find a tree and relax in the shade with your family or your friends and just stare at at the lake all day you can do that it's just a really a lot to do here it's a great place for families for a vacation and it's my favorite place like I said I come here quite often three four times a month at least and I could go on and say a million more things about this place but really if you want to see what it's all about you just have to come...
