I've only visited here twice in my life. In the summer 🌞, it's usually difficult to park due to the volume of people. The beach ⛱️ is smaller than Jenness, Rye or Hampton Beach and access is limited. You will have more success visiting if you walk or use a bike 🚲. The sand is mixed with fine, small stones. I have seen surfers on occasion here, especially when there is a 🌀 hurricane coming or rough weather ☁️ occuring! It is scenic and I enjoyed visiting it for my second time in the off season where I could relax and enjoy the ocean 🌊. Update: April 2025; Watching surfers was cool 🆒! I spoke to one and he didn't care for snow 🌨️ in April!

Love this place you want to go and relax this is the place. It is a rocky beach. But that’s why it is relaxing not a lot of people!

Somehow the town mistakenly put the Bass Beach sign across the street from Causeway Road. Bass Beach is across from Central Road. The beach across from Causeway Road is called Rye on the Rocks. Parking for Bass Beach is along the south side of Central Road where it meets 1-A. You will often have the beach all to yourself...

I love this place. Great place to go sit back, relax, read, and look for shells. Parking is free and you can walk to either Jenness or North Hampton Beaches. Beautiful houses and scenery to look at all along the...
