One of the best features of this community also a community room that is able to be rented. The pool is always clean and well managed. Zero depth entry and shallow end for the little ones roped off deep end and several lifeguards on staff. Adult swim time is a bonus. 15 minute rest periods. Two restrooms that are ADA friendly and are clean and well maintained. Also water fountains and out door showers. Playground gets our kids moving and having endless unplugged fun. Has 4 slides and several swings. The park is Dog-Friendly. Has water fountains and an outdoor picnic area with tables under a covered patio with an aesthetically pleasing design.

Very cozy and quiet development with friendly neighbors. There are numerous nature trails suitable for pedestrians and cyclists. Tennis courts are also available for residents. Child friendly pool)
