Absolutely didn’t want to make this review because I wanted them to have an opportunity to fix the issue. But I’m compelled to do this based on the General Managers extreme lack of knowledge and professionalism.
(I also recorded the entire final exchange and have valid confirmation they said no to fixing the Simple fix on this machine. )
I bought a Ferris Commercial machine from them, it has only 20+/- hours on it now. It had a fault with the hydros not working properly on hills. I needed them to fix this issue and they said multiple times it was working as it should. It wasn’t at all working as it should. THE GEN MANAGER ALSO TOLD ME I DIDN'T BUY A COMMERCIAL MACHINE…. Even after I told her that I was looking at the Ferris website that specifically said my isx 3300 is a commercial machine built for pros. She said I’m not arguing with you, I said I wasn’t arguing, I was only stating the facts. Not once did I yell or use obscenities. So I contacted Ferris and another dealer in Parkville. Both said that the tensioner pulley for the hydros is too loose since I had little to no wheel activity on moderate hills or even big hills. Simple fix but apparently not for Farm And Home. I went back into the store and recorded the managers talking to me. They refused to fix the machine that is COMPLETELY UNDER WARRANTY! It had a clear issue and they said no. I took the machine to the Parkville Mo dealer and it’s now fixed and working as it should be working. Again, it’s amazing when you have people selling a product they apparently don’t know how to fix or refuse to do so. I will not support a place like this. The GM also berates her employs in front of customers. I witnessed it twice and I told her that her behavior is completely unacceptable…… She needs to know her products and engage her employees and customers respectfully. I will say I was completely astonished how this manager conducts herself and unless they make amends, I’ll probably never...
Read moreThis is my deal. I was at the North Belt Walmart Super Center in St. Joseph, MO this afternoon Sunday August 30th. I am Handicapped. I was trying to get a bag of cereal & COULD NOT Reach It. It took me 20 minutes to find an employee to get help and both of them were very rude about helping me. I CAN'T HELP THE FACT THAT I AM DISABLED. SO, last weekend August 21st, 22nd & 23rd I was at the Freedom Of Road Riders Homecoming in Urich, Missouri. We made a run to the Walmart Super Center 15 miles away in Clinton, Missouri. The Employees was extraordinary and very help. Did NOT have to spend most of the time looking for help. The 2 friends I was with was there to get both of them a pair of shoes and couldn't find their size on the shelf so a Sales Associate from another department out of her way to go look in the back and found them. If that had happened in St. Joseph they would have a hateful attitude and said if it's not on the shelves then they don't have. It and walk away. EXTRORIDINARY PRAISE TO THE WALMART EMPLOYEES...
