We have been there several times and had the privilege of a Dosent to tell us all the tidbits and tails of times prier. Each time we visit we learn something new. So steeped in historical treasures, charming lighthouse keepers, Coast Guard guarding our shore line that you are transported back in time imagining what it must have been like. Came back today 1 and a half years later. The tour guide was excellent. We had a private tour because no one else was there at the time. Very knowledgeable, kind, courteous, and attention to detail.
