Banzai Cliff Monument — Attraction in Saipan

Cliff overlooking the sea with memorial structures. However the main keypoint of this location is star gazing. You are able to see stars everywhere in Saipan, but the best place is some place void of light such as this place. Most stargazing tours come to this point as well.

I went here via a rental car. It was quite scary for a bit with no one around but soon other cars came in. (No street lights or any other light sources but the head lamps)

But soon as the sky cleared up it felt light stars were falling down from the sky.

Make sure to check the lunar cycle as the full moon can prevent the stars...

If you're looking for a stargazing tour in Saipan, there's no need to go all the way up to Suicide Cliff. You can do it here. The road leading there is paved, so it's safe.

Bring a mat, find a comfortable spot, lie down, and enjoy the stars—it’s incredibly peaceful.

We did it on our own, but we noticed many Korean stargazing tour companies coming to this spot as well. That just proves how great this place is, right?
