Get Lit Candle Bar & Gift Shop — Attraction in Salem

I booked a reservation with this company for May 25th for a friend's birthday. Two hours before the event, my friend was notified that the reservations would be canceled because the of some personal issues with the owner, and that we would receive a refund and 50% off of our next reservation. That was completely unstandable. However, about a month goes by and I still haven't received anything, so I call.
