Kent State University at Salem — Attraction in Salem

I ordered one of my books from here using a gift card and a debit card, and it was an absolute mess. I placed this order on 8/22/2018.

The staff had placed a call to me that went to my voicemail saying that they needed my code from the back of my card. I did not see that message until yesterday. I called in yesterday during business hours, and no one answered. I call in today only learn that my order had been cancelled without my permission and/or knowledge.

There was no follow up call after that initial call, no call to let me know my order had been cancelled. Now I have to reorder my book and pay for express shipping so that I can do my work.

If you can buy your books somewhere...

Nice little school. Freezing there, most of the time. Why isn't there a gym? How is a school going to be a medical oriented school, but no gym for weights or otherwise....
