Salem Loafer View Recreation Complex — Attraction in Salem

I always enjoy coming to this ballpark, especially if on field #3. This field has to be where the idea for the name "Loafer View" came from because Mt. Loafer makes the perfect backdrop for any twilight ballgame.

The only things I think this park could benefit from would be at least a few rows of bleacher seating for each field and for the miserably hot summer days, some kind of shade coverings. Possibly metal roofing structures or even those trampoline...

getting in and out of parking before or after a game is a nightmare. I feel sorry for the ppl that live across the street as their road is jam packed on game days. Not a lot of room to be a spectator. You almost have to stand behind the sidelines to see the game or set up chairs in the end zones to get a glimpse of the games going on. the park layout is weird and not...

I'm handicapped and unable to get my walker up the stairs. However, I was able to go in through the gate where there were no stairs. It was much better, but it seemed longer to me.
