Mt. Washington Road was CLOSED In CT by Mt Riga Inc. Had to arrive at trail head from North.
Wonderful hike from the trail head on Mt. Washington Road. Some moderate climbing for two short sections but otherwise a good hike even in early January and temps in high 20's with the sun shining and no wind.
We were confused by the marker because there is no CT noted on the marker that is right on the trail (only Mass and NY). According to GPS, the tri state marker should be further north of the stone marker we found. We looked but could not find any other marker.
