Update** May 16 and 7k miles later, they cleaned up the oil and surprise oil leak is back. Dealership finally acknowledged my issues; rear main seal. Why did it take 25,000 miles to diagnose and service man Kevin Summer's constantly denying the issue? Fingers crossed for a rental, but I don't expect anything from this dealership anymore. ORIGINAL POST The dealership told me this was oil spill and not oil leak. I have new appointment and miles later this supposed to be oil spill is back. Let's see what new excuse service man gives me. 2024 outlander se

Mitsubishi Barnes Crossing found me the best deals on my 2024 outlander. Had the color I wanted and everything. Everyone I dealt with was polite. The best part was I found my car on their website , they called me. We done everything over the phone, text or email. Once everything was finalized they even drove it to my house which was a few hours away with no problem they arrived after 5 so I didn’t have to miss work. Thank you DeAsia, Vincent, Les. And all the others from Mitsubishi Barnes and Crossing. Tell them I sent you!

My experience at Barnes Crossing Mitsubishi in Satilllo, MS was excellent. The entire team is great. Issac Shinault is an outstanding car sales man who genuinely cares about his customers. He took the time to understand my needs, showed me several options, and helped me find the perfect vehicle. I’m grateful for his expertise and professionalism. If you’re looking for a vehicle shop with him. This is the second vehicle he sold me. 10/10 Recommend!!!

I am writing this as a warning to others so that they would never be taken advantage of by this place like my 70 year old father was. These people are deceptive and have zero interest in doing the right thing if the other option is ripping someone off for a huge portion of their disability check. My 70 year old father told them what he could afford and then was told the only way he could get a car with his credit was if it was BRAND NEW! My dad after having 3 strokes in the last 2 years sometimes struggles to understand things -especially under pressure. He definitely didn’t understand until he got home that he was paying $11,800 in interest on a $21,500 new Mirage! His payment was more than twice what he told them he could pay! So after paying for the car monthly and the insurance he would have $400 each month to survive on! He contacted them several times when he got home and was put off again and again until my sister told them there was no way he could pay for the car and he was bringing it back- to which they said the bank paid them and they could do nothing about it she would have to take it up with the bank. They wouldn’t even try to get him in a used car he could afford! They also kept his old Mazda he had traded in so now he has no car at all. We called the bank and they said that since Mitsubishi won’t cancel the contract that my dad will be responsible for the car no matter what. The man at the finance company told him to file a complaint but of course they aren’t registered with the better business bureau! I wonder why not! This is sickening that a company would take advantage of a disabled, senior citizen! We also realize that they stalled him all this times for the contract and money to go thru so he couldn’t possibly turn the car back in. These people don’t care about their customers or if you can afford the car they sale you, they only want as much money as they can get and showed zero concern about ripping an old man who is a veteran trying to survive on a disability check! APlease be careful if you plan on dealing with these people and read all the one star reviews! It’s obvious that some of these other reviews are most likely employees! Now my dad doesn’t have a car and his credit will be ruined because he flat out cannot pay for that stupid ugly car! I wonder how they would feel if someone did this to THEIR father? It’s shameful and we are telling everyone we know and my sister has contacted an attorney, thank God! I usually don’t write reviews but I would hate for anyone else to have to see their dad as upset and stressed out as mine is. He is in bad health and just wanted a used dependable car to make it to the VA hospital to see his Dr’.s! Now we don’t know what he can do since he can’t get another cheaper car with a loan already on him and that will destroy his credit even tho they get the car back anyway at the bank , he still owes them $32,600! Dont trust these people, this is...

I bought a used suv in August which apparently had been in some kind of accident even though it wasn't on the car fax report, there was damage to the right front fender which messed up the fog light and windshield wiper pump. I was told to bring it back the next week for repair. I had only drove it home when I bought it then back to the service department. On the way back to the service department it ran hot, so had to stop at a dollar general to let it cool and put water in it since they didn't have any antifreeze for sale. When I got it to the service department they called and told me there was no way I drove that vehicle because it had a big hole in the radiator. My husband told them that they need to look at the radiator and see if the hole was on the side where the already damage was. They just called back after checking and said they would replace the radiator. They did replace the radiator and I was told they had to order the fog light and windshield washer part and it was on backlog. Well it's now December and they have not called me saying the parts are in yet. About to make my 4th payment, and it's still not fixed. I rarely drive it because you cannot clean your windshield unless you get out and pour water on it. I also bought the extended warranty and the day I drove it home I stopped by to get the tag and the mileage was 200 miles off from title application and what was on the car, so my 24,000 mile/2 yr warranty will be shorted 200 miles. I even bring my daughter and son in law back and they bought a brand new $35,000 mini van. I loved my salesman but when I call him and tell him my vehicle is still not repaired he tells me to call the service department. And the last time I called and finally got them to answer phone I was told parts not in and they would call me when they were in. So now it's been over 4 months and my suv still needs repairs. I'm paying for something that should have been repaired months ago. The salesman was given an award for being top salesman but your salesmen need to follow up with his customers esp if they bought a used vehicle that was promised repairs on the day of purchase. I would not have brought my daughter and son in law back to purchase a vehicle if I knew this was the kind of service they give. All I want is the promised repairs on the suv I purchased so I can drive it. I am very disappointed at the...

Brand-New Car, Defective Tire, Poor follow through on promises. I purchased a brand-new 2025 Mitsubishi Outlander from Barnes Crossing Mitsubishi of Saltillo in July 2025. This is my first brand new vehicle I have ever owned, and I am very disappointed in the customer service. While the salesman was excellent during the purchase, the service experience has been very frustrating. The vehicle has not even reached 8,000 miles. I took it in because one tire was showing low pressure, and I was told the tire has a defect, which obviously is a safety issue on a nearly brand-new car. When I asked if it would be replaced under warranty, I was told the dealership would not cover it because it was not under a warranty. We were told "we sold you the car, not the tires." This makes zero sense. Tires are installed by the manufacturer before the vehicle is sold. I purchased this car with those tires included, and I have never bought brand new tires without a warranty. The dealership’s own website states: “our highly qualified technicians are here to provide **exceptional service in a timely manner… we are dedicated to maintaining top tier customer service for both new and pre-owned car buyers!” and staff demonstrate “commitment to excellence” “we provide …exceptional car care and customer service” “the service department is..ready to answer your questions and address your service needs..we’re here to help you..and will work hard to find the right plan for you” Given all of these promises, the refusal to replace a defective tire on a brand-new vehicle is deeply disappointing. This is not what “exceptional service”, “top tier customer service”, or “working hard for you” looks like in practice. The decision made by the dealership to refuse coverage on this safety issue is bad business, and it undermines the trust I placed in them when buying a new vehicle. It reflects a lack of accountability and customer care. I believe good dealerships take care of their customers and stand behind their products, especially within the first year. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend Barnes Crossing Mitsubishi of Saltillo to others, especially when they refuse to honor their own stated commitments and the reasonable expectations of a new...
