Hey this was my first time coming here for this convention which was the San Angelo Comic-Con this Coliseum brought back a lot of memories and from Houston and I used to go watch Houston wrestling at the same Houston Coliseum this building was nostalgic and one of our guests was the Million Dollar Man Ted DiBiase who actually used to wrestle at this Stadium back in the seventies so I heard stories about this a lot this weekend but I really appreciate old buildings like this The Nostalgia brought back a lot of memories for me

Howard College graduation! Not happy about the mandatory masks but it's worth it to see the family walk the stage. Facility is very large and easy to find with plenty of parking spaces available. Unhappy that every seat was covered in dust left over from the San Angelo rodeo... Large venue! Needs cleaning!

We have a great coliseum The restrooms are clean. It is a great space to hold events. The parking lot is big and spacious. It is easy to navigate once inside. The seating is a little tight. If you're tall it might be cramped. There are box seats. There are some concessions depending on the event.

I’ve had the chance to attend several events at CRC Roofers Coliseum, including rodeos, concerts, and trade shows — and each visit has been a great experience. The venue has that classic Texas charm. It’s not the newest or flashiest place, but that’s part of what makes it special. It feels authentic, welcoming, and full of character.

What I really appreciate:

Good views and great atmosphere: The circular design means you get a good view no matter where you’re seated. The energy during rodeos and concerts is always exciting, and the crowd really gets into it.

Easy access: There’s plenty of parking, and getting in and out of the venue is quick and straightforward. The staff have always been friendly and helpful at every event I’ve attended.

A sense of community pride: This coliseum is a big part of local tradition, especially during the San Angelo Stock Show & Rodeo. You can really feel the community spirit at these events.

Looking forward to the upgrades: With the upcoming renovations, I’m excited to see how they’ll enhance the space while keeping that...

San Angelo Comic-Con 2022

This was one of the worst Comic-Con experiences that I have ever had, I've been going to comic cons for off and on about 15 years and this one takes the cake as the worst experience for myself and my family overall. The main issue is the schedule, they released the schedule and they don't keep to it. The costume contest entry times were changed, for the adults costume contest as well as the kids, leaving my child in tears as he was told he was not able to compete because they changed the time and we were 5 minutes late. The individual that was running the cosplay contest, was very curt and impolite. After having gone to the last several years that this Comic-Con has been put on, I think this might just be my...

This place has been around a long time.I grew up watching the rodeo, wrestling, circus and many other large events here.We used to plainly call it the coliseum because it is shaped like one of those Roman colosseum the seats arrangement is dome shaped going around.Very nice and food and beverage sold on floor or the concession stand.Hours vary according to the event, and it's not open every day.Any future events can be bought in advance. This is where all tickets and events are processed.Have a family gathering and enjoy yourself with the coming events which vary. There is plenty of parking space and we also have holiday suppers for the...
