Rancho La Pergola — Attraction in San Benito

First of all, the grounds are BEAUTIFUL. When looking for a venue, I kept gravitating to outside venues. When I saw Rancho La Pergola, I immediately fell in love. It was exactly what I pictured for our wedding. The lights hanging from tree to tree and the chandeliers they provide create the most romantic setting. Cristina was AMAZING to work with. She always made sure to answer ALL my questions and was EXTREMELY helpful with everything. The first time we met I was literally there for 3 hours on an evening and she never made me feel rushed. This was the case every time I went. They always stayed as late as needed to answer all my questions and help me plan things out. Cristina provides the BEST customer service. Ana was so helpful and accommodating when we met to go over my table setting and food. Both provide 5 star customer service throughout the ENTIRE process- from the first day you meet them, to planning the details, and the day of the wedding.

I got a lot of compliments from my guests after the wedding on the food (which I got through Rancho La Pergola)- how warm it was when it was served, how attentive the staff was, and how delicious it tasted. There were also so many people saying the venue was beautiful and that it felt like they weren't even in the valley. That was my same thought when I saw the venue the first time. There is so much greenery- it feels like you were transported out of the valley. It really is a magical place.

Save your money before you lose it!

Beautiful venue but my fiancé and I are very disappointed with how they handled this pandemic (COVID-19). We had a lot of unanswered questions and still do. The owner did not have a plan for another wave (if any). I am very glad with our decision to cancel our July 4 wedding, Which over time it became easier because she made our day less special.

If any couples out there decide to go with this venue, I recommend you ask a lot of questions. Read that contract Word for Word, be sure to get everything in writing from the day you tour, to the moment you sign, and most importantly make sure there won’t be another act of God in the future. Although the owner states that she cared enough and “offered” me other dates. She didn’t work with what I wanted (the paying client/ the bride).

My fiancé and I never understood and Ana could not explain why she was offering new clients 2021, 2022 dates, and she couldn’t work with her current clients and their wishes. In the end it isn’t what YOU want, it’s what the owner (Ana) wants.

After posting my review on their Facebook page they quickly deleted it. Rest assured this business will never be considered again along with our families and everyone socially tied to it

We just had our wedding last night at Rancho La Pergola, and I feel it is important to post my review today. From the moment we saw Rancho La Pergola, we knew we found our venue. We decided to do the full package thru the venue, and let me just say— not ONCE did I feel any stress! With this package, the venue is practically your only vendor— they do so much!! The venue takes SUCH good care of its couples! You can see all the videos and photos of previous weddings and fall in love, but take it from me when I say the experience is like something you’ve never experienced before! They pay attention to every little detail, have an EXTREMELY professional staff, constantly communicate with you, and overall work as hard as they possibly can to exceed your expectations. Their dj group was AMAZING. Dancers, lights, robots! The food was PHENOMENAL. But what truly made our experience amazing was Ana and Cristina. Ovie and I will never be able to truly explain how thankful we are for these two ladies and all they did to make our wedding day the best day of our lives!
