Awesome trails inside of Mission trails regional Park. Some of my photos are from trails that link to this trail which most all of these trails out in Mission trails regional Park are all linked to each other.

Most of the trails out there are very nice and for the some parts during the offseason you can escape and feel a bit more alone for 5 minutes at a time until you see your next person! Yay! Nature, except for the sound of the freeway in the background, but still really nice

Today I did see a snake but it appeared not to be a rattler and this was during December.

We typically park at the East fortuna staging area (I think that's what it's called) and hike in and do a loop when we're trying to get our exercise. There are many other trails that branch from these trails where you can go on quite the longer hike and you can even get to some peaks from this park. I believe all in all in this area there are seven different peaks and I believe you can get to about half of them from this side. Some of the other peaks in the area are actually considered Cowels and The one next to it which is on the other side of...
