Very disappointing!! I guess it was the hour I just didn't know!!
I came to be able to spend some time with the alpacas. Not to just admire them from afar I could watch a movie doing that!! That's what I was talking about!! I asked if I could give a little food and they said we don't want to overfeed them they eat in the mornings!! To me when a customer makes a request!! An exception should have been considered with just a little bit!! Should not be a problem!! I guess those are the choices you need to make on whether you protect your animals or you turn your customers away? Of course you still need to protect your animals but there's a balance too!! So I guess it's your job to way over what's important and what is not!! But like I said I didn't realize the delicate hours and if I'd known that I might have planned a little better but I didn't even know exactly how to find you because I'm not from here so this was an opportunity that didn't deliver!! Oh well things happen!! Thank you for showing interest in...
Read moreRude, uptight, and arrogant. We have purchased at least 8,of their outrageously expensive stuffed animals for our kids over the last 5 years for our children. Almost all of the $100+ stuffed animals we purchased have holes and rips in them.... Poor quality. This place is a joke and not worth the time. Furthermore, alpacas are stupid animals that should be processed...

I found that to be unsanitary. When I asked an employee, I was told I could drive 10 minutes north to Roche Harbor as that was the closest restroom. The alpaca farm has a port a potty, but no place to wash hands. Just something to note when visiting. This place has potential to be quite awesome, but it currently is underwhelming. At the least, adding a restroom and a picnic area for visitors to use and enjoy would really enhance...
