I’ve been going to Kelsey’s for years and always had a great experience until today. 14 of us arrived in the afternoon for wine tasting. Multiple people in our group had not used all of their tokens when a man approached the group and said they were closing and he needed to take our glasses. What was upsetting is no one told us they were closing at 5:00pm nor did anyone advise us of a last call for drinks. I advised one of the employees that it felt as if we were being kicked out and that they should advise all the customers when it gets close to closing that there is going to be a last call. She did’n’t act like she cared and said they stop serving drinks at 4:30. I told her no one in my party was aware of that. For anyone at Kelsey’s who’s reading this, you should also allow a grace period after 5:00 for people to finish their drink. We were a little early, thanks to what my wife instilled many years ago, but we're greeted by, unbeknownst to us by Keith who told us they weren't quite open but they are canning and to please go look around. The next person was Joey who again welcomed us to look around, while watching the canning process Jack approached us and completely explained what we were watching and how the things worked. It was for us truly a great experience but the great time just kept coming, we did the wine tasting and absolutely love the way the apples are mixed with the wine grapes to make the unique tastes they offer. Anna made the wine tasting so easy by the knowledge she had and the bubbly personality that made her fun to talk to. The entire staff made us feel like we had been friends for years. This winery is a must visit destination, you won't be...
