I’ve been going to Kelsey’s for years and always had a great experience until today. 14 of us arrived in the afternoon for wine tasting. Multiple people in our group had not used all of their tokens when a man approached the group and said they were closing and he needed to take our glasses. What was upsetting is no one told us they were closing at 5:00pm nor did anyone advise us of a last call for drinks. I advised one of the employees that it felt as if we were being kicked out and that they should advise all the customers when it gets close to closing that there is going to be a last call. She did’n’t act like she cared and said they stop serving drinks at 4:30. I told her no one in my party was aware of that. For anyone at Kelsey’s who’s reading this, you should also allow a grace period after 5:00 for people to finish their drink. The only reason I didn’t give my review a one star is because of the other times I’ve been there and had positive...

By far the most important winery in the Central coast appellation. Kelsey vineyards brings the epitome of wine and cider creation for the state of California with smaller facilities than most boutique wineries in the region. One of the last remaining local owned, family owned properties and wineries in the state. Only fools would pass this location up when driving north or south on 101 it’s only minutes from the freeway exit, but secluded like an untouched swimming hole, a closely guarded secret of the San Luis Obispo area. What are you waiting for? Go talk to their wine maker right next to the tasting room! If you don’t believe me, prove me wrong.. but you’re going to have to spend a few hours amidst the vines and peacocks before you judge this brilliant environment for dogs, kids, family, friends, lovers, newlyweds, anniversary visits and more.

Also the cheese is like so flipping good. I could eat all of it. All. Of. It....

First off, Wow, what an amazing experience! We were a little early, thanks to what my wife instilled many years ago, but we're greeted by, unbeknownst to us by Keith who told us they weren't quite open but they are canning and to please go look around. The next person was Joey who again welcomed us to look around, while watching the canning process Jack approached us and completely explained what we were watching and how the things worked. It was for us truly a great experience but the great time just kept coming, we did the wine tasting and absolutely love the way the apples are mixed with the wine grapes to make the unique tastes they offer. Anna made the wine tasting so easy by the knowledge she had and the bubbly personality that made her fun to talk to. The entire staff made us feel like we had been friends for years. This winery is a must visit destination, you won't be...

What a lovely vineyard with delicious wines! We ended up going here because the vineyard we originally meant to visit canceled our reservation due to the air quality. Absolutely no regrets as we had such a good time at Kelsey. Our host Holly was so friendly and informative that she basically shaped our overall experience here. Kelsey is a quaint but cozy and chill environment with some animals, which makes it so fun. The fluffy chickens were adorable, their Great Pyrenees dog was gentle, and of course, the “free ranged” peacocks stole the show. They offer a number of easy palatable wines—their signature Golden Delicious and Red Delicious downright live up to the names. The place got a lot of charms, and I would recommend this winery to anyone who’s checking out the wine scene in SLO.

Beautiful little vineyard. I received a voucher for two free wine tastings and their wines are good. especially the ones are infused with Apple . The peacock's were amazing there they have a white peacock which I've never seen in my life. They have a little Vineyard there but that's not really where they get the majority of their grapes for their wines I'm sure. It's a cute little area to sit have some wine, have some cheese and some snacks and enjoy the sunshine. Very very cute!
