This place has always been a rollercoaster ride when it comes to customer service...Seems it may be on a down hill roll again. The site it self is wonderful, it's kept me here for over 20 years.
Having said that....Owners need to spend money to keep it a top place. They are keeping up with high rates....So keeping up with the aminites and decent customer service shouldn't be that hard.
Electrical power is an issue, has been an on going issue for more than a few years now. Water was an issue this past weekend. Docks go in late, not available the full six months as they were for years. Kids driving golf carts... Hitting stuff, no one seems concerned. Noise late at night, condoms on the beach, security personnel reminding rule following campers what the rules are ....but leaving large groups of teenagers running around after midnight...Seasonals are feeling a little bit.... let down for lack of a better term. Hope it gets better, managers that care and that stay for more than a year or...
