Granite Park — Attraction in Sandy

I love this park. It's very peaceful and well-maintained. There's a playground for the kiddos, a walking trail around the park, and a big open field with trees. There's also access to the Dimple Dell Trailhead if you're feeling ambitious. :) The park also has water fountains and bathrooms. Just be aware that the toilets (at least in the women's room) are stainless steel and not porcelain, so unless you want to freeze your you-know-what off I recommend putting toilet paper on top before...

This park is amazing. Right up by the mountains. Plenty of trails to hike or explore. Great place to reset your chi. We even saw a paraglider come down from the mountains and land in the park.
