Typically a covered bridge will have some port areas to stand and have some views to scan up or down a river. This particular river Piscataquis,in this section has a clear rocky bottom...however the covered bridge it is,more like a sealed fortress. A pigeons nightmare. At least there's no droppings The town selectman might ask neighboring N,E,S,W..towns to show some respect and responsibility and take pride in what surrounds them.
