For me this is a place to be still, silent and center myself. But I visit often to show my daughter the many beautiful statues! And to introduce her to the different culture, vegetarian foods, the spiritual traditions of others. Because her mom baptized her catholic I want her to know more and choose for herself. I also bring friends so they may find the peace here that I have should they need it. FYI the monks used to let me use a room with mats for yoga and meditation. The books in the library are free to take and promote giving them to others when done or simply giving them back; such kindness.
