What a great park and splash pad to keep kids busy and entertained in the summer!
The playground structures are relatively new and in great repair, though there's no sun shield, so be careful to test the surfaces to make sure your little one won't get burned. The splash pad part is large and varied, and kept our kiddo entertained for hours. The other highlight is a large zip line which is irresistible. You can really build up some speed, so make sure to warn riders to really hold on or they could definitely go flying.

Read moreWe stopped here briefly to eat lunch. There were several picnic tables under a park shelter. The playground was large and looked very new. There was a rubber surface in the playground area, with no loose material (rubber chips etc.). There was also a splash pad and a large, open field.
We could see public restrooms and a drinking fountain. We did not use the restrooms, not sure if they are always open, or if they are locked at certain times.
Overall very nice park. It would be great to visit in the summer to use...

I believe they may also have a "cafe" but this section of the building was closed, I presume due to COVID. There is a small beach just down the hill with a foot washing station to use on your way back to the splash pad. Perfect place to take your family or for a small gathering.
