We got married here on June 2, 2018. When we first visited the venue we knew it was the perfect place that fit our vision of our special day. From the layout being open with indoor and outdoor accessibility and having access to every part of the chalet. One of my worries about choosing a venue was that people would be too spread out, and there would be groups of people at the bar and some outside, It was a relief to have such an awesome layout where all could mingle and have that togetherness type of feel. The barn style building outside where we held the dinner and reception is beautiful if you're looking for a rustic style wedding like we were. The natural beauty of it makes decorating easy and simple. The rustic chandeliers had me at hello!
The owner, John is an awesome guy! He helped us in everyway possible. Anytime I had questions he was there and he even eased my worries here and there as they came up, with recommendations that truly helped. Did I mention John is awesome! We feel we made a friend for life.

If there was the ability to have a negative star rating I wouldn't hesitate. We were there last weekend for and birthday party for 2nd graders that my son was attending. Although we live in the area this is the first time we have been here. I will never go back. I will advise anyone to never go here. The owner has anger issues and cannot control himself. He went berserk over the fact that I went down the hill to help a boy who's boot fell off part way down the hill. He screamed at me from the top hill then drove his snowmobile at me to confront me while I was coming back up the hill just for helping (which no one working there was doing) He waited for the boy to come up the hill then he dragged the young boy into the building to his mother and was literally screaming at her in front of a crowd of people. Later he found myself, my wife, and the mother of the little boy outside and continued his ranting and screaming until I had to physically step between him and the mother he was verbally abusing.
