A gorgeous river to boat.
The Audubon has lots of information about birds and other animals. They have resources like models, pictures, books and a lot of activities going all year around.
Kayak and canoes are available to rent. They provide life jackets aswell. There is restrictions on if kids can go alone, call and confirm.
They have benches, portable potty and parking.
Also there is a lil store for some gifts if you want. A beautiful way to spend day outdoors. Def suggest this.
Note: call to check the tide conditions. It’s no fun going on a low tide. Ask the people there for a list of birds you can spot, they would give you a guide which is fun to take with and name them to kids.
Giving a 4 star just because I think rental prices are slightly more than other...

They will assist you getting into and out of kayak if you need it. Bring a water bottle! I appreciated the bird and plant chart as it allowed me to identify what...
