Nerd Rangers — Attraction in Schaumburg Township

I had a fantastic experience at Nerd Rangers yesterday! From the moment I called, I was promptly greeted by Shuaib, the owner, who ensured that I was taken care of immediately. He even scheduled me for a same-day appointment, which was incredibly convenient.

When I arrived, Shuaib personally attended to my computer. I had no idea what was wrong with it, but he quickly diagnosed the issue. While I suspected it was a problem with the boot drive, Shuaib expertly identified the motherboard as the root cause. Not only did he pinpoint the issue, but he also gave me clear advice on the best way to resolve it.

What really stood out was the honesty and professionalism throughout. He had promised me a free diagnostic over the phone, and true to his word, I wasn’t charged for his time and expertise (it easily took him at least 1 hour).

I highly recommend this place! It’s a true gem, and I’m so lucky that such a professional service is now in my neighborhood. I wish Shuaib and Nerd Rangers team all the best and will definitely be returning if I ever need help...

I called Nerd Rangers because of their fantastic reviews (I do my research :). They said bring it over, luckily for me they just opened a brand new office in Schaumburg, way closer than Naperville.

My computer had turned a black screen without any prior hints to a problem. As luck would have it my Windows 10 OS crashed-yay! Ugg...Luckily Shuaib was quick to get me and my small business back up by the next day. He cloned my hard drive, installed Windows 11 with more memory, reinstalled my files and folders back onto the new computer Then he made sure step by step my main programs/software were reloaded and but most importantly my Quickbooks with my backup data. Shuaib was super knowledgeable, patient and the follow through in the following days to make sure I was up and running was the most encouraging and useful to me.
