Without regret, i am forced to reduce the rating on this gym due to mgmt. I have been a member for several years and chose to cancel a week ago. As a thank you, i am forced to pay for an additional month despite giving 3 weeks notice. I was also forced to come in and fill out paper work to cancel. (Other gyms allow this to take place online or the phone). Then, as if i havent lost enough of my time, im am forced to sit there and be questioned by the General Manager in a condescending manner. I was asked why i was leaving. I explained i am using my company's gym. She felt the need to tell me about what other people usually don't do. People also usually don't come to any gym. She didnt even want to know what they could do better or if there was anything that could make me stay. This type of conversation would have been much more acceptable and professional, especially since I'm forced to have a sit down. I don't need you to act like you care about my well being, but don't waiste my time and money. This was not a cheap investment. The 300+ sign on fee with their joke of a fitness exam, should have been sufficient enough to earn a respectful dismissal. I did enjoy my experience with Alecia, training with Rimoun, and spin class with Tom (despite their lack of proper cooling, another miss thanks to mgmt ). They really messed up with this. If I did decide to return to another gym, it...
Read moreManagement here is the absolute worst. Don't waste your money. I have been a member here for years, had a personal trainer for a while (who was awesome) and I kept my membership because it's close to my house and does what I need.
ALTHOUGH, this negative review is solely based on management as they are the reason I am canceling. My credit card was stolen back in January, and once I received my new card I went in immediately to update my account. The girl at the desk was having some issues updating it but in the end told me I'm good to go, it's all updated. WRONG. She didn't update my account, and now I am being told I owe $200+ and fees for declined payments. NOT MY FAULT. Management has not responded to my multiple calls and voicemail's, I send emails- nothing. They are rude and have zero customer service capabilities. I called this morning to be told "member services is really busy, I have to take a message." That was the last straw, I'm done. There are way better and cheaper options around with staff that care about their customers. I'll take my...
Read moreWhen I first joined I gave it 5 Stars but after further review only days, I give it 0 Stars. if your 70 / 80 years old this is your place, if your SERIOUS about working out, go somewhere else. The very worst Place To Work Out In of Any fitness Business I've Ever been In, And I've Been In A lot... People don't come here to work out, but to socialize and talk on the phone, And about 75% have No Gym Etiquettes. I Also was never more poorly treated by management and Staff as well. A So called woman trainer Susan yelled at me for working out to hard. It's very obvious she knows nothing about fitness and even less about Working Out hard!! and management did nothing about it. If considering joining, make sure you take a Three day pass first and See. For yourself. As so many people have stated it used to be good And have since Gone elsewhere, And if this place doesn't want the serious fitness, hardcore Person, which Is been known on the street for years don't sign them up, and then blame us for the lack of Gym members edicates, which they have...
