This hike was a fantastic find! It's an easy, kid-friendly trail that's fully shaded, making it perfect for a hot day. The trail follows a beautiful creek, which my kids loved exploring. They were especially delighted by the banana slugs they found along the way! The only downside is that parking is very limited, so arrive early or be prepared to walk a bit. Flat, well-maintained trail along the side of Fall Creek, with bridges back and forth across it (as well as a lot of fallen tree trunks!). Lots of lush greenery, and nice and shady on a hot day. Easy out and back trail - a lot of people turn back at the first bridge crossing, but it's well with continuing further...
