I recently had an unfortunate experience with Rancho Progresso Farm when I purchased a lamb from them.
I was deeply disappointed by several aspects of my visit.
Firstly, when I request about the weight of the lamb I was purchasing, the seller failed to show me the scale. This lack of transparency raised concerns about the accuracy of the weight provided, and it left me feeling unsure about whether I was getting what I paid for. Transparency is essential in these business, and the absence of a visible scale was a significant drawback.
Moreover, the customer service at this place left me not to return for any future purchases. The staff appeared disinterested and unfriendly, and they have awful faces and despicable manner to talk. It's important for businesses to treat their customers with respect and professionalism, and the demeanor of the employees I encountered at facility did not meet these expectations.
Another issue I encountered was that the lamb I received seemed to be missing parts, which was quite concerning.
Additionally, I had ordered lamb with a specific age requirement of 8 months, but I suspect that I might have received a different product that is older than I ordered.
This discrepancy between what I ordered and what I received is unacceptable and reflects negatively on the farm's quality control and honesty.
In summary, my experience with Rancho Progresso Farm was far from satisfactory. The lack of transparency with weighing, poor customer service, missing parts in my order, and potential misrepresentation of the product's age have left me with a negative impression.

Horrible Customer Service. They don't know how to deal with customer and they are thinking we are taking free of cost. Last week I buy 90 Lb goat ($368.00) with ball, when I went home and checked they exchanged the goat, I found there is different meat and missing parts also.
One day (Sunday) we called them and ask about timing they open until 2:30pm, we drive about 60miles and reached before 1PM, and they said we closed we can't process the goat, if need chicken you can take live. We are 3 family return back empty hand.
