Had never been to or heard of this winery before. First off the grounds are beautiful and peaceful. Wonderful setting. I attended a paint and sip event (collage actually), and got to taste some of the wines. Each was very good. Additionally they provide a cheese and charcuterie platter, delicious and excellent choices. The white blend obtained many compliments from the group, always a good sign. Very easy to drink and would compliment most food. The rosé, I found, was on dry side with light hints of hibiscus and wild strawberry - though rosé is not my go, to this would compliment a nice arugula salad w either warm goat cheese or smoked salmon. Each wine was excellent and had me wonder what I’d pair it with. You could not go wrong opening a bottle from this winery while hosting friends. Both their Gamay and Carignan were solid, tasty drink anytime, versatile wines. The stand out for me was the 2019 Pinot Noir, a true delight, great nose, leaning dry and complex with cherry and earthy tones. The experience overall was a surprise, a happy one. Looking forward...

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Reichwage Winery a truly serene winery nestled away from the hustle and bustle of city life. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the calm, peaceful atmosphere and the stunning natural surroundings this place is a real retreat.

The vibe is effortlessly local and authentic no pretense, just great wine and genuine hospitality. Our hostess, Laura, was incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Her thoughtful presence added a special touch to an already memorable visit.

And the wine… truly unforgettable. Every pour was carefully crafted and full of character some of the best I’ve ever had. You can taste the care, passion, and attention to detail in every glass.

Whether you’re a wine enthusiast or simply looking for a quiet escape from the everyday rush, Reichwage Winery is the perfect place to slow down, sip, and savor. I left feeling refreshed, inspired, and already planning my next visit.

Highly...

As someone who works in the wine industry, I always appreciate when a tasting room delivers not only great wine but also genuine hospitality.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Laura, who struck the perfect balance of being knowledgeable and approachable. It’s clear that they take pride in what they do, and it made for such an enjoyable, relaxed experience.

The wines were fantastic across the board with a range of varietals that offered something for everyone. The tasting fees and bottle prices were more than reasonable, which is becoming increasingly rare in the area.

We brought the family along, and I was so impressed by how family-friendly the property is. There’s plenty of space for kids to hang out safely while adults enjoy the view (and the wine). Speaking of views—the setting is absolutely stunning. Rolling vineyards, peaceful atmosphere, and plenty of places to sit back and soak it all in.

Truly a gem in the region. Can’t wait...

Our group had an amazing time at Reichwage Winery! We called and scheduled a large group tasting with them a few weeks before our trip. They were very flexible and accommodating to us. Reichwage Winery called and confirmed our group's setup a couple hours before our tasting. We were also able to preorder charcuterie and cheese board then so they were ready we when got there. It was such a nice day when we visited so even though our tasting was inside they said we could walk around the property to enjoy our wine outside and they would let us know when our next pour was ready. Reichwage Winery did a wonderful job explaining each wine and answering any questions we had. This was our group's favorite wine of the trip and we went home with a case of bottles. It was the perfect afternoon and we are so happy Reichwage Winery hosted us.

Amazing local winery. You will never find these wines outside the state—all are bought by locals and just a couple of businesses. A rare, in-person-only experience. Laura, the somm, educated us on the history of the family that began the winery and in California’s wine history and changing terroir and winemaking customs, from the specific pruning of old-vine Zin plants to the planting of certain ratios and varietals of red grape in a given field (in the custom of the Italian families who founded various local wineries) A completely wonderful experience. Gorgeous tasting area (indoor and outdoor with plenty of parking) appropriate for groups as well.

This was our first visit to Reichwage Winery and we will definitely be coming back! It was a beautiful, brisk day after the recent rains and the new tasting room was warm and inviting. There is plenty of seating and lovely artwork to accompany your wine tasting. We enjoyed the outdoor patio with a sweeping view of vineyards and the Mayacamas mountains to the east. The hospitality manager Laura was very welcoming and knowledgeable. She pointed out some of the lesser known grape varietals (Palomino, Muscadelle, French Colombard, Elbling, etc) that make the excellent Ranch White unique…and delicious! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and the tasting.
