Kodak-Northview Optimist Park — Attraction in Sevierville

We came here because we live in Kodak. When we arrived there was a lady walking on the trail intoxicated or high. She was talking too herself and waving her arms around in the air yelling. We just blew it off and went and had the kids play on the playground. Then an older couple and what looked like their daughter and grandkids came over. They started smoking sitting next to us on the same bench and started cursing horribly and talking about beating up someone here at the park. That was enough and we left. The kids absolutely love it and so do me and my husband. It has a walking track around the park, picnic area with cover, grills, drinking fountain, and bathrooms.
