My husband and I were lucky enough to honeymoon at the Creekside cabin 6 years ago and it has been the standard we hold every other vacation spot to ever since. We honestly did not think it could get any better than it was but it has!

In the 6 years since we first visited, there have been many upgrades to improve the cabin. This was very surprising to me as most vacation rentals we have stayed at around the country, while nice, are definitely intended to be cheaply maintained to improve income. Not so at the Creekside! There is a new heating and central air system installed at the cabin which made the temps comfortable and was whisper quiet. Also, the deck has been completely redone. You can really tell the attention to detail and care that has gone into updating and maintaining the cabin.

This is the most peaceful, well appointed cabin you can imagine. One amazing thing about this cabin and it's owners is how much they truly care about your visit. EVERY single thing is taken care of: multiple written directions to cabin and from the cabin to attractions, beautiful scenery and setting, a cabin that truly feels like "home" while you are there, a chilled bottle of wine waiting for your arrival, DVDs for a rainy day, and much more! Our favorite thing to do was sit each evening in the hot tub, listening to the creek run underneath us, and watch the wild turkeys come out to eat. It was truly magical!

One other thing to note: while out of the way and secluded, it is only a short drive to civilization. The cabin is just a short drive to the Arts and Crafts loop, grocery and liquor stores, and restaurants. Literally the best of both worlds.

If you are looking for a place to make romantic memories with your loved one, or just looking for some peace and quiet away from the attractions, then I would highly recommend...

Become one with family and nature; away from civilization. A place with great scenery a home away from home the cabin was filled with southern comfort as I sat in the cabins spa and watch the lazy river move slowly over the rocks and plants that filled it and time treaded slowly with the river and as I begin to find the zen I've been missing. That weekend I found an inner peace I haven't found in years the cabin is a relaxing get away when I need refuge from nature I went inside the comfort of the cabin and inside was an electric fire place which danced the night away as we watch TV within the warmth the cabin provided and drank hot cocoa our host provided what a great expierence

When we needed civilazation we went into town we found a box filled with reviews from other guest. We drove in to town found it filled with activities for everyone hiking, exploring, and mountain drives to come back to civilization is about 20 minute drive and the town is alive with friendly faces, a great deal of mix cultures, great food it's worth staying in this great town and cabin!

Thank You for the hospitality look forward...

My wife and I stayed in the Creekside Cabin for 3 days in May 2017. The location is very private but a short drive down some twisting and turning backcountry roads brings you right into downtown Gatlinburg or a back way to Pigeon Forge. We enjoyed the outdoor hot tub after hiking each day in Great Smoky Mt. Park (about a 20 min drive to the park entrance from the Cabin). The Cabin itself is cozy, very clean and welcoming. It has a small full kitchen; cozy nook eating area; one downstairs bathroom with shower, tub, toilet and clothes washer and dryer. Very comfy bed and TV upstairs and another large flat screen TV and living room area downstairs. Outside you've got the woods and a soothing, babbling brook running under the front porch. There's also a nice fire pit area with chairs, small barbecue, and hammock. The owners are friendly and delightful to deal with. When you arrive there are a number of "extra" personal touches (packets of oatmeal, S'more ingredients, wine, coffee) - to welcome you and start your stay off right! I've already recommended and raved about this special place to my friends...

My husband and I stayed in the Creekside cabin for 4 nights and it was nothing short of amazing! Truly a hidden gem! I have trouble writing this review just because I don't want the secret to get out. Stonecreek went above and beyond to make our arrival welcoming and our stay just as comfortable as home. Lise gave so much information..best places to eat, ways to avoid traffic (use them because that parkway is nuts!), national park info...literally nothing left out. Upon arrival, the cabin itself was spotless and hot tub piping hot and ready for use after a long day of travel. Everyday we were greeted by the turkey's. One day a family of deer traveled through and we finally saw a bear!! That was truly a treat! Oh and open the drawer on the coffee table! You'll find a deck of cards and some games. We found that our last night haha. If you want something away from people but still close to everything (only took us approximately 10 minutes to get to anything we wanted) Stonecreek would be my pick again and again! We will definitely be back!!

August 16th to the 21st 2021, My wife and I were looking for a romantic getaway and stone creek was perfect. It was a completely secluded atmosphere that provided us the time to pay attention to each other with no outside interference. The cabin was a spotless cozy one bedroom one bath that was tastefully decorated and made us crave the attention of each other. The staff was better than what we would receive at a 5 star hotel, very friendly and ready to accommodate your every need. from the hot tub to the fire pit it all provides a stage for quality romantic time together. Lisa and Sue are the definition of customer service, always just a phone call away to assist you with anything you need. We did not want for anything because the creekside cabin fulfilled all of our romantic getaway desires. the only problem we had was leaving, I wish we would have booked it an extra week. Without a doubt we will be returning next year and I strongly recommend anyone looking for either a romantic or just relaxing getaway to book with stone creek

We stumbled on a gold mine when we found these cabins. I really don’t want to give a good review so we can keep the secret to ourselves smile, though I must. We stayed in the creek side cabin, from the time we drive up to driving away sadly it was fabulous! Lise and her crew go the extra. We walked into soft romantic lights, music and a fire in the fireplace. There was champagne, chilled glasses and cheese in the fridge, tomatoes from their garden, breakfast bars, stuff for s’mores and more! The cabin is comfortable, cozy, well appointed with a very comfortable bed and pillows. We took advantage of the fire pit, hot tub, walking the trail and throughly enjoyed watching the wildlife. Don’t let the list of what you need to do scare you, it actually isn’t that much or hard and makes sense being in the mountains. We didn’t want to leave. We’ll be back on our next mountain trip. Shhhhh!! Don’t tell too many people.
