Mighty Food Farm is a wonderful cornerstone of the local community here in Pownal! They grow excellent, high quality produce using organic and sustainable methods, some of which they donate to the local food banks. The farm is owned and operated by a young woman in her early 30's! She is an inspiration to many women around here, and encourages other women to work with her. Her passion for farming, and life in the Green Mountains of Vermont is infectious. Best CSA around! And every fall they throw a super fun Harvest Festival for their CSA members, featuring local musical talent, and group meals created from freshly harvested, local ingredients! Thanks for all the hard work you gals and guys do over...
