This place is a ton of fun. Filled with all day kids activities. Start the day off with some hot apple cider at one of the vendors as you walk in. Check out a variety of items for sale from the vendors. There are multiple themed playgrounds for the kids. Giant tractors to check out. There were llamas to pet and walk around on a leash. A kids dance party on the stage followed by a magician. A giant corn pit to play in, perfect for all ages. There is also a small petting zoo near the food vendors. Food is of quality and good variety but expensive. And overall my choice of 4 stars instead of 5 is the expense to get in. $25 a person at the gate including 4 years old and up. And not not all activities are included in your entry fee. The giant slide, train ride, and a few others cost extra on top of your $25. As a middle class family on a budget with multiple kids, it...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSevers is a cute place to visit. It's also very expensive!! Example it's about 25 bucks a person to walk in door for anyone over 4. You can do very few things included in that price. Kids want to slide 3 bucks..but under 40 inches kids need adult , they also charge for adult so 6 bucks per slide ride per child .Yep!! Kids want to ride the small train? 5 bucks if they are small and you have to go with, yep another 5 bucks. You get the idea. So you have 3 kids under 40 inches your talking 48 more dollars to go done slide 1 time and ride a 5 minute train ride. See you that adds up. The kids enjoy the jump pads however they are very overcrowded .. since they are free so kids get hurt often. Would not recommend and would not go back. If you have deep pockets you may enjoy it. Food was great , fair food price( but that's what you...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSaw the Christmas light show which is really well done! We went on a Monday night and bought tickets ahead of time so it wasn't crazy busy but we still waited maybe 20 mins in line before driving through. The lights are timed to holiday music and there are minimal concessions depending on time and what day you go. It took us about half an hour to get all the way through and you can drive through the whole thing multiple times if you want.
I would recommend going in a sturdy car, it's a bumpy gravel drive the whole way through. It would be less pleasant to go during the busiest hour and wait in line forever but if you plan it right or are extremely passionate about Christmas lights and music (lots of traditional song remixes which was fun!), it's...
