This definitely is a beautiful place to visit. It's a wonderful place to walk with your family and to get some fresh air. Several different loop trails with information about the land and trees throughout the park. This place has no trash visible, just the way it should be. It was not crowded one bit and all the passing pedestrians were friendly. It's a safe place to be, but you be aware of your surroundings no matter where you are. I dont not suggest you wear 2 headphones while hiking/walking, or you wont be able to hear people telling you they are passing, or you'll miss out on all the beautiful sounds...

Park at the Nature Center where there is plenty of parking from the Nature Center take an asphalt paved trail to the stairs leading you to the main trail. The main trail is nice wide cinder Trail. The first point of interest is a deck where you can look out onto the creek. It's fairly well overgrown and not a real spectacular view. The second point of interest is another deck overlooking the creek. The Nature Center is beautiful. They have live animal exhibits and also taxidermy animals. There is a small kids playroom for I would consider two and under. There's a bird viewing area. Restrooms...

Not sure the Nature Center is worth the visit unless you're attending a function/theater program.

Seems like a very large Metro park, well maintained & clean.

We meandered on a trail, crossing French Creek a couple of times (which is larger than expected) & discovered the Picnic Area & Playground (which apparently has a separate park entrance & parking area).

Should have taken a trail map with us as once on winding paths for awhile, we had difficulty understanding how to get back to our parking lot (actually asked 2 groups for...

French Creek Theatre was an amazing experience! Little Shop of Horrors had their opening night this evening; the cast and crew did a fantastic job! Great show for young and old alike. Domenic Farinelli as Orin was the highlight of the show! Zach Palumbo, John J Polk and Hanna Shykind also did a good job of embodying their characters. The building was very clean and well kept plus helpful staff aplenty! Parking was easily assessable. Great place to bring friends and family. Check out Little Shop if Horrors, it is well worth it!
