We toured Vermont for our wedding anniversary and wanted to make sure we hit a sugar shack. My wife is a west coast city slicker and I am an east coast suburbanite. We happened upon this location on accident; it was not really open. Even still, my wife got a tour of the facility and a very in-depth understanding of how maple products are made. I absolutely love their Maple Pecan (I've always been a fan of the regular butter pecan ice cream from the store but this is a million times better). Their blueberry cheesecake ice cream is also one of my favorites of all time. In the Spring they have a really fun sugar on snow experience, we always make sure to bring our visitors for a stop there, many are not native Vermonters and therefore have never had sugar on snow before!
