My daughter recently attended a short but sweet summer camp at this nature center. She has never done anything like this before so we were both a little apprehensive. She ended up loving it! The staff were very welcoming, they engaged them in different activities & introduced them to several animals that they were then able to help take care of. My daughter had so much fun & loved taking care of the animals! The cost was very affordable & it went directly to the nature center which really helps their establishment.    Read moreIt's a relatively nice little nature spot. The biggest highlight to this place is definitely walking along the lower nature trail. One of the biggest problems I have with this place, is that the operational hours during the week, are really set up in a way, where they really don't want you to come. If you work a typical 9 to 5 job, good luck trying to come to this place Monday through Friday. Other than that, it's worth a visit, just don't bring your bike or camping equipment, this place is strictly designed for outdoor walking.
