Went to this earlier today and let me tell you, this place is AWESOME!! my favorite thing was the haunted corn maze, i was scared for life before I did it but you really should! its frightening and you will most definitely scream a lot. When I left the maze my voice sounded weird and my throat hurted. The people who scare you in the maze are hella nice too! I know my sister lost a shoe and the clown that was supposed to scare her actually helped her find it, also my grandma that came she needed lots of help and the clowns and such noticed that so they didn’t bother her which is very sweet. They also, from my experience, are very teasy so if they like how you reacted they will walk/run after you. I’ll be honest, there was a slight touching from one of the clowns I got scared by but it wasnt very bothering so ill let it slide. Regarding the other activities, the hayride wasnt that much, they just rode you to the pumpkin patch and you could i believe get a ride back (that looked like what people were doing) personally i didn’t ride back me and my family walked which is something you can do lol , but even so, the hay ride was still nice just a little ride to sit on. Oh.. but i mean dont do the regular corn maze, its just a place to walk through, nothing really happens just an exercise with a map if im being honest. Anyways, this whole 5 star is mostly for the Haunted corn maze, incredible! Very scary, jumps scares, chain saws, chasing, and also pitch black darkness at some parts. Yeah, warning, sometimes you cant see anything and you have to find a way to get through the maze, but go for it!! It’s fun! 10/10 great way to spend...
Read moreDrove an hour to get to b & b farms which charges $10 per person to do kiddie activities & a pumpkin from an unseen area ... we were a family of hour & didn’t want to prepay for FOUR unseen pumpkins & our children are 16 & 11 so the kiddie activities were a little young for them ... so we looked at reviews (website said NOTHING about EVERY person paying $8 even if just to shop) and decided on the Shelby Corn Maize over the Country Daze Corn Maze which sounded super cool with its question answer hints on posts in the maze and instead drove an hour to Shelby to go this maze ... 🙄😓😢 — they said they didn’t have any pumpkins 😳 and they refused to let us pay $8/pp (usual price) for our children 16 & 11 to do “just” the corn maze (usually includes other activities) & since it was the last hour of the last day let my husband & I shop & spend money in the “barn” but they wanted us to pay $8 each to shop & spend $ 😱 — that’s right $8 for shopping & spending $ in a barn — might b a great place “under the right circumstances” but definitely not a “common sense, serve the customer” experience ...I never ever left a bad review for anyone before ... especially family places...
Read moreGoing as a group of 4 After driving over and hour the sign at the ticket booth had 2 options, one for a $8 corn maze ticket or a $10 maze ticket with 8 "activity tickets". We payed our $8 got our blue tickets and went in. After getting in the activities weren't for anyone basically over the age of 6 so paying the extra $2 wouldn't have helped us at all. We began with the corn maze that we thought was going to end at 7:30 (dark) and turn into the haunted maze where they took our blue tickets and said that they would see us at the "haunted". The corn maze wasn't in any order and the paths to walk were confusing even with a flashlight. Then we got into the line for the haunted maze thinking it was under the same ticket which was the only one we were given. After waiting over an hour to get almost all the way to the front a guy came around asking for ORANGE tickets. We then had to go back to the front and pay a extra $33 (for 4 people) just to do the haunted maze. False advertisement and very unorganized we will defiantly NOT...
